My experience at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While I was blown away by the luxury of the villa and the stunning views, I had some serious issues with the service in the bar and restaurant area. The remote location was magical for experiencing nature, but it also made dining options limited. Overall, the stay had great potential but could use some improvements in service and dining variety.
Our stay at the resort was truly delightful. Nestled in a beautiful countryside setting, we loved the stunning mountain views and the spacious accommodations. The villa was well-equipped, perfect for our family, but we missed out on a chance to dine at the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, though we found ourselves wishing we could have extended our visit.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The stunning views and spacious rooms were definitely highlights, and the friendliness of the staff made my stay more pleasant. However, the dining was disappointing with slow service and cleanliness issues, and the facilities, especially the spa, were not operational during my visit. Overall, while the location is beautiful and family-friendly, improvements are needed in dining and maintenance to enhance the overall experience.
The resort offers a stunning setting with spacious and clean accommodations. The views are breathtaking, especially from the villas, but there's room for improvement in the dining department, as the restaurant experience was quite average. While I enjoyed my stay, the service during meals needs to be faster and more attentive.
The resort is situated in a stunningly beautiful part of New Zealand, making it a perfect getaway. The accommodation was spacious and clean, however, it was a bit dated and could use some renovations. The dining experience, unfortunately, left much to be desired; the restaurant's food quality did not match the overall comfort of the stay. While the staff were friendly, the service at the restaurant was quite lacking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would recommend bringing your own food and perhaps a little housekeeping would elevate the experience significantly.
